RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Easy Returns

We want you to have a pleasurable experience with us and hope that you will enjoy your merchandise ordered.  Our return policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date of your items if we shipped you the wrong item or if it was damaged.All returns must be returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Returned item(s) must also be accompanied with it's original proof of purchase receipt.

 

Refund Policy

All refunds will be credited back to your initial method of payment. If the wrong merchandise has shipped, we will gladly issue a full refund once item has been returned. Refunds will be granted for 4 Real Talkers Card game if unopened and unused.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 4 Real Talkers strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. Please contact us at customercare@4realtalkers.com prior to returning an item. We will be happy to process your return or issue store credit when eligible with advance notice.
